Charleston International Airport Go-live With Intellisoft

Wooden 3d model of building

Charleston International Airport (CHS) went live with Intellisoft’s AirportICE identity management solution on Friday, July 13th. The CHS crew made implementation easy with their thoroughness and professionalism.

During go-live, Intellisoft first sends a cutover team to the airport to help the airport’s security team with training and all the cutover tasks. Once the cutover is complete, Intellisoft sends a go-live support team to work with the airport until they are comfortable operating our software themselves.

The CHS team made this transition smooth. With AirportICE in place, the CHS security team will be able to manage identities of airport employees, vendors and guests and control their access more securely and more efficiently.

Upon completion of go-live, the CHS crew gifted our team with some nice CHS swag, including a beautiful 3D model of the CHS airport which is now displayed in the Intellisoft HQ lobby. Thank you, Ira Campbell, Nikk Haines, Crystal Greene, Nicole Pia, John Buhmeyer and the rest of the crew from CHS for partnering with us to make this yet another great project.
